The Rotable Management Module provides total visibility of core activity against purchase orders, work orders, and sales orders. Any part master that is flagged as a rotable part can be purchased On Exchange (or Outright) and subsequently sold On Exchange (or Outright) to work orders or sales orders.

The Rotable Management Module can be configured so that the customer can be billed either on the initial invoice or after the core is evaluated for any core charge or core credit. Sales personnel can override the default for individual sales orders or customers.

Once the rotable part is shipped to the customer, the Receiving Module reflects that a core return is expected back. The Rotable Management Module then tracks the core at each step of the process via statuses (Cores Due To Facility, Cores Owed to Vendors, Cores Waiting Evaluation), thus presenting your parts manager with a complete picture of the core activity in your facility.
