The Purchasing Agent Module allows for new levels of flexibility for Purchasing Agents, increasing their latitude and ability to procure parts in the most expeditious manner in support of day-to-day operations. The comprehensive, detailed information provided by this module allows purchasing agents to make informed choices regarding request fulfillment. For example, a purchasing agent can view parts on hand and choose to fill the Request from available inventory, or he can view existing purchase orders and choose to reroute the existing purchase order to fill the Request. Through real-time integration, the status of requests associated with work orders can be viewed by technicians viewing the work order on the shop floor. Statuses of requests not associated with work orders can be viewed from within the Purchase Request or Purchase Order Modules. Standard Reports Include:- Purchase Request Approval Needed Report
