Contact Profile Module
Manages customer and vendor contact details, links with aircraft. Overview/Features- Maintains contact information such as crew, passenger, bio, hotel, car and catering preferences.
- Integrates with Company Database module to track individual customer and vendor contacts.
The Contact Management Module works directly with the Company Database Module. This module keeps track of these employees by name. Each name can then have the company they work for attached. Other information specific to the contact can be added at anytime. Once a contact has been created it can be referenced throughout CORRIDOR®. Each time a Purchase Order, Customer Request, Sales Order, or Work Order is created the user can identify the company and then see a list of contacts for that company and specify which contact is responsible for the transaction being processed. With the added ability to list personal information about your contacts (addresses, birthdays, spouse's and kids names) reports can be generated to greatly enhance the relationship between a facility and its clients.
